Highlights:1. All HD patients have good defecation quality after surgery.2. Almost all can control bowel movements without constipation or social problems surgery.3. The most common problem face surgery is soiling, which sometimes requires diapers. AbstractIntroduction: Hirschsprung's disease (HD) a congenital in Meissner and Auerbach's plexus ganglion cells are lost on the distal side of digestive tract, thus interfering with defecation. postoperative process was assessed to describe patient's life. This study aimed pediatric surgery. Methods: descriptive PD who received Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital, Surabaya, from 2018 2021. Demographic data came Surabaya. incontinence evaluation using Rintala Score.Results: A total 14 underwent definitive had scores score. There were 2 (14.3%) maximum scores, 6 (42.9%) normal scores. highest distribution always being able hold (81.8%), uncertain reporting desire defecate (40.9%), 1-2 times day (68.2%), never dirty (54.5%), constipated (77.3%), no (77.3%).Conclusion: Pediatric outcome operation. demographics high satisfaction rates male female nutritional status, above one-year-old, birth weight, term labor.
